This is horizontal property in the center of the city. We rent three very confortable rooms in the building named "Hermanas Giral" at the 23rd street, one of the most important streets of Havana. Our property in on the 10th floor and there are two elevators. Our apartment has sea view and the rest of the city as you can see from the photos. Our neigborhood called Vedado is very closed to Hotels such as: Habana Libre, Nacional, Capri, and the Havana Malecon and also to several bars, pubs, restaurants and hospitals. Our apartment is also close to "Plaza de la Revolución" (Square of Revolution) and is about 20 minutes from the historical center of Havana. Our building has two new elevators, doorman for 24 hours a day and secured parking. We do not allow night visitors, just to give security to our clients. The price is 25 CUC per room in low season. We are from Costa Rica and we can say thet everything was very good. Our rooms were very confortable and with privacy. The owner treated us with respect. We felt better than in a five star hotel. We recomend this house to everyone who wants to come to Havana Cuba and enjoy a pleasant stay in a very beautiful nad clean house.
