The “Apartamento Alicia” is a modern, newly renovated flat with separate entrance on the third floor of a historical building. It has two bedrooms connecting to one bathroom in the middle, one living room and a kitchen.
The two bedrooms have twin beds and air conditioning
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with 24 hours hot and cold water
The fully equipped kitchen, combined with eating room, has furniture and tableware for 4 persons. Equipment: big refrigerator, filter coffee machine, toaster, gas stove, telephone etc.
Electricity: 110V and 220V
Breakfast service in on demand and not included in the room price
The flat is independent, comfortable with a good service and save. The owner lives in the neighbor flat. The apartment is ideal for couples with children or friends. Less ideal for people with mobility problems, because the old historical building has no elevator.
Prices.
30 CUC per room and per night all days of the year. Rooms are foreseen for maximal 2 adult persons.
In the room price is the following included: cleaning, changing of bed clothes and towels, toilet paper and soap.
Breakfast: 5 CUC per person (not included in the room price)
