Occupying the second and third levels of the building it has three rooms for rent, including two of them as independents bedrooms, one of which is located on the third level and includes kitchen, laundry area and large terrace overlooking the city. All rooms have private bathroom with hot and cold water round the clock, TV and minibar. We also have phone. We offer personalized catering service quality, so the customer can also hold meetings on our deck with friends and family, intimate celebrations, birthdays and weddings up to 50 guests. We include in the price of the room the pick-up at the airport or bus station. If you want, also we offer dance lessons, Spanish Language and laundry. The house is just 8 blocks from the Meliá Santiago and Las Americas hotel, La Maison fashion house , international pharmacy and clinic, shops, state and private prestigious restaurants, money exchange (cadeca), several nightclubs and only 6 minutes driving from the historic center of the city, where you can also walk easily access. In the month of December we will honor 16 years of experience in serving clients from more than 16 countries, who have enjoyed the typical Santiago, cheerful, attentive family and a stamp marked by aromas and flavors strong and peculiarly pleasant identifying food the most Caribbean of our cities.
