Building: In each floor of the building there are only two apartments, which guarantee totally tranquility and cleanliness. The building is equipped with two new elevators. Independence and privacy are guaranteed. Apartment: The 150 m2 apartment is distributed as follows: A big terrace with a view which is perfect for morning breakfasts. Also a large living-dining room, well-equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms with natural light. All of them have windows with view to the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioner, mini bar, wardrobe, modern blinds, safe-deposit, towels, bed sheets and its own private bathroom. In one bedroom there is a king size bed and in the other one two big personal beds (both with new and comfortable mattresses). The clients can use the kitchen which is well equipped and they can use all the areas of the apartment. We have 110 and 220 volts in the house. Important for Instagram lovers!
