It is a modern house of three floors, which has in the first level a living room with TV, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with bathroom, bedroom number 1 with bathroom for renting, and an interior courtyard with laundry; in the second level it is the room number 2 "family suite" with its hall, bathroom, dining room and yard with laundry; in the third level you will find the terrace with garden and an adjustable pool. Room number 1 has two personal beds, two night tables with lamps, a closet that has a shelf, clothes rack and shoe rack, a dresser with mirror and seat, heated with Split and Fan, Digital TV, Minibar, paper basket, ashtray and windows to the outside. Private bathroom with hot and cold shower with handle in its area, washbasin with mirror, toilet with seat and lid, shelf for personal effects, hair dryer, basket with lid, carpet, towel rack and toiletries and perfumery. Room number 2 is a "family suite" that has three double beds, night tables with lamps, closets containing shelves, coat rack and shoe rack, mirror and seat vanity unit, heated with Split and Fan, Digital TV, Minibar, telephone , basket for papers, ashtray and windows to the outside. Private bathroom with hot and cold shower with handle in its area, washbasin with mirror, toilet with seat and lid, shelf for personal effects, hair dryer, basket with lid, carpet, towel rack, toiletries and perfumery. The house is located in the center of the city, it has a family suite with an entrance hall, air-conditioned dining room, a yard with tables, rocking chairs and private washers, terrace where you can enjoy a view of the city and cool off the heat in an adjustable pool with cocktail services and national and international drinks. If you arrive by your own car you should arrive to the Boulevard Park and go to Reloj Street and in the third block the house is located with a poster that says CASA LA ESPERANZA. A few minutes walking from the house we have Dolores park, which is just in front of an Italian-Chinese-Creole restaurant complex, where the guest can use the Wi-Fi zone and enjoy daily life by the amount of young people who come to the main streets of the city like the emblematic Enramadas, Heredia and Aguilera Streets.
