El Vedado is the youngest of the three neighborhoods, built around the 1920s as the wealthiest population moved west, away from the noise of the centre. Famous hotels built during the 1950s such as the Hotel Nacional and its Mafia-related stories, the Hotel Habana Libre (once property of the Hilton hotel chain), and the Hotel Riviera with its magnificent sea views from all rooms, are all in Vedado. In this area you may also find museums, art galleries and theatres. Also there are a lot of new emerged private-run restaurants, cafes and bars where you can taste the Cuban cuisine and our famous cocktails.
Our place has a just renewed nice room, with air conditioner and hot/cold water, with independent entrance and the neighborhood is considered very safe and quiet. Price includes cleaning, linen, soap, toilet paper and towels. We are only few blocks from Havana sea wall drive-Malecón and 10 minutes from the Old Havana.
