We rent an ample and independent bedroom with a private bathroom. Our apartment is located on the second floor of a building across from the University of Havana. It has a sunny and airy living room with a balcony facing the Habana Libre hotel (this a common area tourists share with us). Out of the two independent bedrooms of our apartment we rent the best and biggest one. We have two private bathrooms, the one we rent offers hot water shower. Other common areas are the dining room and the kitchen. Our privileged location and easy access makes our rental an interesting option for tourists wishing to be able to have at reach entertaining options such as cabarets, museums, book stores and theaters. Our bedroom has a double bed and a personal bed. It is air-conditioned. It has a wall fan and a fridge. It is ideal for people wishing to share expenses. No matter the time of the year the room is rented at a price of 20 cuc daily fpr two adult persons (children free of charge). If a third adult, the total price of the room is 30 cuc a day. Price includes cleaning and local phone calls. We also offer advise and information on souvenirs. Breakfasts are offered at 5 cuc per person, meals are 10 cuc each. Laundry at economic prices.
